NORTHSTAR EARLY EDUCATION ACADEMY
Funding Updates :
The NEEA doubles NorthStar’s full-time enrollment capacity, serving a total of 135 children and families. Ten state of the art classrooms and a model gross motor space set the stage for a union of tried-and-true teaching principles integrated with state-of-the-art technology.
Our Early Education & Community Center:
“NorthStar Learning Center’s Early Education Academy stands as a beacon of hope and opportunity for children, regardless of their socioeconomic realities,” said Executive Director Maria Rosario. “This monumental occasion marks a significant milestone in our 50-year history and reflects the labor of love, effort and dedication of our partners in our local, state and federal government, business leaders and local community.”
The new facility is designed to provide comprehensive and enriching educational experiences, farm-to-table meals and snacks and immersive arts education. “Every child who walks through our doors will have access to the tools and resources necessary to excel. This Academy is a testament to our commitment to the community and is built by and for the community,” said Rosario. 96% of NorthStar graduates are kindergarten-ready.
